We are your advocate
Fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, hail storms, floods and other disasters are usually covered by insurance. But the amount of a fair payment can be a very complex matter of evaluations, policy provisions and negotiations.
Claims adjusters work for insurance companies. Even if they are called “independent adjusters,” they nevertheless are hired by your insurance company to represent its interests. These adjusters can handle your claim, but it is up to you to prove the value of your loss.
A Public Adjuster, on the other hand, works only for you, to help you fulfill all of your contractual obligations and also to relieve you of much of the work and worry.
“We were totally unprepared for dealing with the intricasies of handling an insurance claim and would have settled for far less than what we ultimately received. We would never have known what questions to ask, what avenues to pursue, what things to demand, had it not been for the amazingly diligent work of The Baldwin Company. I cannot say enough good things about this company.”
“Thank you for helping us get prompt and equitable settlements for our Hugo homeowners claims. There is no way we could have completed these settlements as quickly, or as fairly, without your help.”
“I was somewhat skeptical of retaining your firm for help with our claim for a warehouse fire over in Cramerton. But I was very pleasantly surprised about the results. Having an advocate on our side has certainly paid off.”
