We are your advocate
Fires, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, hail storms, floods and other disasters are usually covered by insurance. But the amount of a fair payment can be a very complex matter of evaluations, policy provisions and negotiations.
Claims adjusters work for insurance companies. Even if they are called “independent adjusters,” they nevertheless are hired by your insurance company to represent its interests. These adjusters can handle your claim, but it is up to you to prove the value of your loss.
A Public Adjuster, on the other hand, works only for you, to help you fulfill all of your contractual obligations and also to relieve you of much of the work and worry.
“I am certain that without the help and advice of [The Baldwin Company’s] Frank and Wes, there is little chance we could have arrived at such an entirely satisfactory outcome to such a long, tedious, and frustrating process.”
“Our insurance company sent us so many forms to fill out –we felt so lost and felt that, at our age, it was more than we could handle by ourselves. We found The Baldwin Company on the internet, and they sent Frank Candido and Kim Young to help us. We turned everything over to them. Kim called and stayed in touch – very professional, but still would also handle all my tears. We received a larger sum because of Kim working so hard on our behalf.”
“Thank you for helping us get prompt and equitable settlements for our Hugo homeowners claims. There is no way we could have completed these settlements as quickly, or as fairly, without your help.”
